If we have found a holiday for you: you will receive a quote between January 2026 the 5th and 16th.
If we have not found a holiday for you: you will receive an email with a negative response before December 2025 the 19th so that you can make other arrangements.
Good to know: the flexibility indicated on the forms has enabled us to offer many stays, so we recommend that you fill in this field if you can. Please do not hesitate to ask for help if you do not understand this field. Some people did not understand how to fill it in and gave us the same information as their initial dates.
Online bookings for 2026 will open on 19/01/2026 at 10 a.m. (This is why we must have processed all pre-booking requests before this date).
The busiest period is from 20/07 to 15/08 for the electric caravan category.
We will launch pre-bookings for 2027 in mid-May 2026.

Answers to your questions about pre-booking:
What are the conditions for making a pre-booking?
The condition is that your dates of stay are fixed, meaning that you cannot change them. Unfortunately, we have received a large number of requests to change dates or forms returned after the specified dates, all of which we have logically refused, sometimes giving rise to heated exchanges…
Pre-bookings for 2026 were open from 2 May to 30 September 2025, i.e. for almost 5 months. As a reminder, we have set up this system to relieve the server, which was completely overwhelmed and therefore blocked when online bookings opened due to high traffic (even though it is hosted by France’s leading tourism provider).
What are my options if I didn’t get a place during the pre-booking period?
These pre-bookings are very well received. Clearly, they favour people who can organise themselves a year in advance, but we also reserve 1/3 of places for people who do not have this facility.
If you did not get a place, there is no need to contact us again. You have two options:
1/ You can book online by changing your dates of stay from 19/01/2026 at 10 a.m. Please note that we are fully booked for electric caravans between 20/07 and 15/08.
2/ You can come without a reservation, but be aware that between 10 July and 25 August, there are often long queues in front of Reception as people try to get these places.
Can I change my pre-booking form?
We have also noticed that pre-booking forms are often filled in incorrectly or incompletely and are submitted as quickly as possible in order to secure a ‘good spot’ (we process forms in order of arrival), even if this means that the holder makes changes during the five months that pre-bookings are open.
For example, a form submitted in May was amended in September. This takes up a considerable amount of our time: rescaning requests, resending confirmations, but above all, it represents a risk of error. For these reasons, we will no longer accept amendments to pre-bookings for 2027. Once a form has been submitted to us, it will be final.
How do I know if my pre-booking request has been received?
We always send an acknowledgement of receipt for your form, sometimes within 2 to 3 days during the season. If you have not received anything, please contact us! Please do not send multiple forms for the same family with the same characteristics, as duplicates increase the risk of error.
Why didn’t I get a place when my friends did?
The date on which you submitted your pre-booking is important. We work on a first-come, first-served basis. If your form is among the first to arrive, you have a better chance of getting a place than someone who is 300th.
Your friends may be in a different category to you. For example, you may have requested a place for two people, for which we are fully booked, while your friends are coming as a group of four and we still have places available in that category. During peak season, we do not upgrade requests. If there are two of you, we cannot allocate you a place for four people.
In recent years, we have sometimes had 30% more overnight stays and the same human resources to deal with them. There are only two of us in administration to process your pre-booking requests (which is done by a team of 14 people in large groups). Please be understanding. We are doing our best, making sacrifices that you may not see but which are very real.
